Payment Methods Cancellation and Change Policies
Brazilian Guests:
To confirm your reservation via PIX, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount. The remaining balance will be requested one day before check-in.
For credit card payments, we require 100% of the total amount plus fees. If you choose this option, please let us know the number of installments you wish to pay (up to 12 installments) and we'll send you the payment link.
After closing, we request proof of payment, photo ID and CPF (or passport, for foreigners) for the person responsible for the stay and the guest, proof of address, vehicle model and license plate number, and estimated arrival time. A reservation voucher will be issued, and we provide an invoice.
International guests:
We will request payment of 50% of the total amount via PayPal. The remaining balance will be requested 7 days before check-in. We will be responsible for international transaction fees for the first transaction, and the guest will be responsible for the second transfer.
Cancellation and Change Policies:
Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance (or on the day of check-in) are non-refundable. Full cancellation is free up to 48 hours after purchase. If payment was made by card, card machine fees are not refundable (similarly to PayPal for international payments). After the above deadline, a credit note for the amount paid will be issued, valid for 4 months. Date changes must be requested up to 3 days before check-in (subject to availability and the difference in price on the new date). Early check-outs or no-shows will be charged 100% of the stay.
