Cancellation and Change Policies
- Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance (or on the day of check-in) are not eligible for a refund. Full cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours after purchase. If payment was made by card, card machine fees cannot be refunded. After the above deadline, a credit letter will be issued for the amount paid, valid for 4 months. Date changes must be requested up to 3 days before check-in (subject to availability and difference in price on the new date). For early check-out or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
